REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

SIA Vertexo, a company established in the Republic of Latvia, with unified registration number 40203073672, and legal address at Rigas iela 47 - 2, Jurmala, Latvia, LV-2015, (hereinafter - "Company") has developed this Refund and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter - "Refund policy") to inform individuals visiting, registering and using (hereinafter - the "Users") the Vertexo website maxwill-sports.cn and the Maxwill Sports mobile application (hereinafter - Maxwill Sports app), collectively referred to as the "Platform", about the terms under which Users can cancel their subscriptions or other services (including to court reservations, event bookings, public and open matches, classes, courses, tournaments, and Circuits offered through Platform) (hereinafter - "Services") and request funds.

This Refund policy applies to all Users of Company's Services, including sports organizations (international/national/regional federations, sports ministries, clubs, local organizations, clubs, schools - and their team members, tournament/event organizers, and referees), collectively referred to as the (hereinafter - "Sports organizers"), individual sport organizers, athletes, and any other Users engaging with Platform's digital offerings.

Subscription Cancellations

Users (currently only Sports organizers) may cancel their subscriptions at any time via their account settings, either on the Platform or in Maxwill Sports App. Detailed instructions for cancellation will be available in the respective interface. Upon cancellation, Users will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, and Users will retain access to their subscription services until the end of the current billing cycle.

Event Registration Cancellations

For the cancellation process of event registrations (e.g., tournament entries, court reservations, event bookings) are responsible Sports organizers. For event cancellations, Users must cancel within the specified deadline outlined at the time of registration. The deadline and process for cancellation will be clearly communicated during the registration process. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee structure will be outlined at the time of registration.

Refunds for Subscription Services

Refunds for subscription services will generally not be provided, except in special circumstances at the discretion of the Company. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, Service unavailability or significant Services disruptions. To request a refund, Users must contact Company's customer service team with their account details, subscription information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Modifications to Services

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, feature, or offering without prior notice. In the event of discontinuation, Users may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service. Users will be notified of significant changes to Services that may affect their use or subscription status.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
